Instructions
Step 1: Blend to a fine crumble
Add cashews, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to a food processor or spice grinder. Pulse to a uniform, powdery crumble—stop before it turns pasty.
Step 2: Store and use
Transfer to a sealed jar and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Sprinkle over pasta, pizza, salads or popcorn.
