
Banana-Cinnamon Vegan Affogato Bliss
Creamy banana “soft serve” meets a hot shot of espresso for a quick, dairy-free affogato with warm cinnamon and optional chocolate drizzle.

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the bananas
If not already sliced, cut the frozen bananas into coins for easier blending.
Step 2: Make the banana soft serve
Feed half the frozen banana into a soft-serve maker or process in a food processor until creamy. Sprinkle in the ½ tsp ground cinnamon, then add the remaining banana and process again until smooth.
Step 3: Scoop and optionally drizzle
Scoop the cinnamon banana soft serve into a chilled glass or bowl. If using, drizzle with 1 tbsp chocolate sauce.
Step 4: Finish with espresso
Pull 1fl oz (30ml) hot espresso (or strong coffee). Pour over the soft serve and serve immediately.
